How to Order from Outside Japan
Thank you for your interest in IKIJI.
Our online store ships within Japan only, but customers outside Japan can order easily through Buyee, the overseas ordering service we work with. Buyee takes care of payment in your local currency and delivery to over 100 countries and regions, with support in English and other languages.
How to order
1. Add your item to the cart
Browse our online store, select your color and size, and click "ADD TO CART", just as you normally would.
2. Go to the cart and choose Buyee
Open your cart (the bag icon at the top right, or "Cart" in the Buyee menu at the bottom left). At the bottom of the cart page, you will see the "Overseas Ordering Cart" by Buyee. Click "Add to Cart" there to move your items to Buyee.
Please do not use the regular checkout or "Shop Pay" button. These are for delivery within Japan only.
3. Sign in to Buyee and make the first payment
You will be taken to your Buyee cart, where the total is also shown in your currency (for example, ¥51,700 ≈ US$345). Click "Proceed to order page", then "Register" to create a free account, or "Login" if you already have one. Choose your plan and pay for the item and Buyee's service fee.
Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Alipay and UnionPay. The currency depends on your card or PayPal account.
4. We ship your order to Buyee's warehouse in Japan
We ship within 5 business days after payment. Buyee will notify you when your item arrives at their warehouse.
5. Second payment: shipping
Choose your preferred international shipping method (express or economy), then pay the domestic and international shipping fees.
6. Receive your order
Your order is delivered to your door. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery.

Example (1 jacket to the US by ECMS): Item ¥71,500 + service fee ¥500 + domestic shipping ¥660 + international shipping approx. ¥3,719= approx. ¥76,379 (approx. US$510)
Delivery time
We ship to Buyee's warehouse in Japan within 5 business days after payment. Once your item arrives and you complete the second payment, Buyee ships it to you.
International delivery usually takes about 2–14 days after shipping from Buyee's warehouse, depending on your country and the shipping method you choose:
- Express (e.g. Buyee Air Delivery, EMS): about 2–8 days
- Economy (e.g. ECMS, Airmail): about 5–14 days
Available shipping methods, fees and delivery times vary by country. Some destinations may also have additional fees, such as a customs clearance fee. You can check the options for your country with Buyee's shipping fee estimation tool.
In total, please allow about 1–3 weeks from your order. Delivery may take longer due to customs.
Sizing
Our sizes are shown with Japanese numerals: 一 = S, 二 = M, 三 = L.
All measurements on our product pages are in centimeters (1 inch = 2.54 cm). Japanese sizing may run smaller than US or European sizing, so please compare the measurements with a garment you own.

Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges for overseas orders are handled through Buyee. Please check with Buyee's customer support before placing your order.

Can you ship directly to my country?
At the moment, all overseas orders are handled through Buyee.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes. Buyee accepts PayPal, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), Alipay and UnionPay. The currency depends on your card or PayPal account.
I don't see the Buyee button.
The button appears only when you visit from outside Japan. If you still can't see it, please contact us.
Where can I see IKIJI in person?
